“Will this charge a samsung galaxy 3 7 inch tablet? Need a replacement charger for galaxy 3 tablet, 7 inch.Was wondering whether this or another model insignia charger would work but the voltage would not be so low it takes forever,or so high my gadget fries.Thanks.”

It should... Anecdotally the charge on my Galaxy S4 was equivalent to the charge rate the old/broken charger gave me. Full charge in less than 2 hours from 1%.
