• No but it does have a timer for how long it stays on. Also has a safety feature on the bottom in case it tips over it will automatically turn off.

• No. Plus I do not recommend leaving it plugged in full time anyway. It has a timer to shut off but it’s in hours. Not good because I want 30 mins or less.
