QuestionI recently purchase an Insignia On Ear Headset 30mm driver, 7'cable. The audio is very low. I have increase the volume on my laptop as well as the volume control on the headset but does not help. My older headset has better audio.

QuestionWhen using this mic, can I hear my own voice through the mic or just the other person's voice? If not, know any mics that do? (My problem is I tend to speak louder since I cannot hear myself at the same volume as the other person and this bothers my fam)

- Answer For Windows try this: Go to Settings > Sound Settings > Sound Control Panel > Recording tab > Right Click the Mic to select Properties > Listen tab > check Listen to this device > click Apply and OK.
