“When using this mic, can I hear my own voice through the mic or just the other person's voice? If not, know any mics that do? (My problem is I tend to speak louder since I cannot hear myself at the same volume as the other person and this bothers my fam)”

For Windows try this: Go to Settings > Sound Settings > Sound Control Panel > Recording tab > Right Click the Mic to select Properties > Listen tab > check Listen to this device > click Apply and OK.
