Q: QuestionAre the tools Non magnetic? and does kit contain a grounding wire, and an Anti -static wrist band? Lastly can I buy this Product at a best buy store?
Asked by Mo.
- A:Answer The tips are very lightly magnetic. They will hold the screw in place, but not if you wobble it much. No anti-static wrist band, but nobody really needs that. I have been building PCs for 20 years without one :) This was good for a quick fix when I was out of town and needed to build a couple machines.

Q: QuestionSpecific toolsHow do I know what specific tools this set comes with? I need a torx 6, phillips #00 and the pentalobe screw for an iphone 6. Does your set have these three?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer No it does not have the items you are looking for. You might find something at Best Buy, or you can check out products from the big-box hardware stores. I found some nice tools that you want at tekton.com

Q: QuestionHow do i change the batteries in the flashlight?Unable to open flashlight to install fresh battery
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Look at the Product Q&A page at Bestbuy.com: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-pc-tool-kit/4106006.p Here's that answer: The portion of the flashlight end that has the clip on it just pulls apart from the rest of the flashlight. Then you can get the 3 batteries out of the flashlight end. When you go to replace the batteries, they are LR41 batteries. The negative side of the batteries should go down into the battery compartment first. Then line up the triangle to the "off" and slide the parts of the flashlight back together. A bit of plagiarism, but I hope it helps!

Q: QuestionHow do you change the batteries on the flashlight? Since it also has those two mini-phillips screwdrivers in the handle..
Asked by Glenn80817.
- A:Answer Hello Glenn80817, in order to take the batteries out, please separate the LED part of the rest of the pen, then from this smaller part keep pulling until the batteries come out and you can see the spring of the batteries. Omar S. - Insignia Support.
