Will this work with the Samsung SSD T5? null

Not sure about the T5, but this case will easily fit a Samsung T7 SSD and has room for a cable, if any.

Do not know the answer to this question. I would suggest maybe trying this in store if they're amenable to this.

Yes, but there would be a lot of empty space in these cases, as they're meant for larger HDD drives, but if you had more than one T5, you could put multiple in this case.

Yes, it fits perfectly. The drive fits in one side and the 2 cables go in the other side.

Technically it will fit. I don't like that there is no strap to hold the drive tight. Can put drive into the net, even there it will slide around though.

As far as I can tell by looking at the dimensions supplied for the Insignia™ - Portable Hard Drive Case by BestBuy web site I believe it should case dimensions are Height 1.58 inches Width 4.33 inches Depth 5.83 inches, I do have two of these for a WD HDD and a Samsung 512 GB SSD really like them for my use.
