QuestionBefore I buy this remote, is there a way to RESET the one I have that came with the TV?? I put new batteries in the original one and it still isn't working. It doesn't light up or anything to even let you know the batteries are working in it. Help!??

- Answer To Factory Reset the Voice Remote, press and hold the DPAD-left, back button and menu button for at least 10 seconds. Then Restart the TV, press the Home button for 1 minute to pair the remote to the TV. - Answer click on the little tv on the left then push on the middle of the circle on the remote and it should bring up a channel guide. also if you are going to the streaming channels use the outside of the circle to scan up and down on your screen and push the middle of the circle to select. also if you have Alexa set up with your remote you can ask Alexa to take you where you need to be, you do need to program the remote with the Alexa app. hope this helps you out.
