• Your Visio TV should have a USB connection available to connect your PC. If not, then there are serial connectors that can make the connection. The newer PCs come with a HDMI connection for that purpose. To make this work the PC, or the DVD player, you would need have to have either a RG6 connector or a three-wire AV input (red, white, and yellow cables). And the same with the TV to be able to use this device. When in doubt call an Audio/Video technician. I hope this helps.
