No. The modular cable only works Red/White/Yellow to Coax; not the other way around.

As a side note, to use the r/w/y inputs for your tv, you will likely need to be coming out of a cable box or something with a turner in it since using the r/w/y input is just that, a direct input. In other words, you will no longer be using the tuner in your tv and you don't change channels on the tv anymore with that arrangement, the channel or programming is selected "outside" the tv and displayed as delivered. If you are using a cable box, you need a demodulator, not a "modulator" going from coax to r/w/y.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The reason I purchased this was to get picture and sound for my new VCR/DVD player since I have an older model TV that doesn't have the red, yellow, white cords. What I did was hook those colored cords from the Modulator into the cable box and in turn 2 cable cords into that. 1 cord went into the cable box & another from the cable into TV to get sound & picture for my VCR/DVD combo for a total of 3 cable cords, one of which was the cable cord coming into the house.

You are wanting a product that works the opposite way. Your cable box or satellite receiver should have component A/V out jacks. You need to simply hop on over to BestBuy and pick up a component A/V cable and connect them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe this will work for you.
