This item is converter/adapter. I used it to connect cable tv to a tv and a separate audio source. Cable feed on one end allows you to split that signal to multiple destinations. You may need s single converter if you have only one Tv you are sending a signal to. I also had to purchase a like item...cable to RF or vice versa.
