• I bought this to hook up to my Vizio TV. The RF modulator did not work for me. The cable system is analog. I might have been doing something wrong, but I followed the instructions, tried channel 3 and 4, tried all the different inputs on the tv, and every connection with the RCA cords. Still could not get it to work.

• This unit will output whichever signal is input, doesn't matter if it's PAL or NTSC.
