• I would try to take it back to Best Buy. If they won't return it then contact Insignia. If Insignia won't go good for it then I would write a negative review and let people know What happened. I haven't had any problems with mine chipping or cracking but I also have my iPhone 7 in an otterBox defender case.

• I would take it back to the place of purchase because they told me that it was a lifetime guarantee on it against scratches, chips and cracks

• Buy a new one, they are made to crack so your phone does not.

• I went to the Best Buy when my cover cracked and they told me oh they are not under warranty you have to buy a Zagg brand
