• Only if you were to buy some kind of optical or RCA splitter with it. But I'm not sure why you would want to as they would output the same audio. It wouldn't be surround. Maybe if you combined it with a receiver you could rig it to be surround but why not just get real speakers at that point.

• If you had multiple soundbars you could connect them to the same source using splitters on the input cables.
