• Depends on the size of your livingroom. That's where we have this soundbar is in our livingroom but we live in a small condo and the TV/Soundbar is only about 15 feet from our couch.

• I set it up for my mother's living room. She sites about 12' away from it. I think it would be too small for a great room or any other room larger than 15x15.

• I think this would do better actually in a larger space as in my room especially at hight it gets too loud if music is from different sources etc.

• I have it in my small bedroom and it can get pretty loud, so I'm sure it would be perfect for the living room.
