It does not. Some TV's offer a a service called Audio Leveling, or Volume Leveling, that would help to equal out the volume differences.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No but if you turn the sound out feature to Dolby digital and have the cable box or whatever turned to dolby digital out it should help eliminate the sharp up turn in the volume
