I had a VOIP phone that chattered until I got a faster internet connection. Before getting a faster connection, turn off or disconnect any other network device that might create interference or use bandwidth. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the quality of the cables. Keep cell phones away from devices to avoid the chattering sound it makes when receiving messages. Ask the Geek Squad and/or your Best Buy Techie. May that solve your issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it works fine when watching cable then you know the connections are all fine between the TV and the sound bar. The issue then would be the source, being the smart TV apps and features. I would try another device on the sound bar to be certain though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is due to wireless interference from your WIFI receiver. If your WIFI router is near the sound bar, try moving one of the two. This sound is what you hear when a cell phone is using data and it gets too close to an FM radio that is playing. The same sound will play over the radio speakers for the same reason.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to sound setting and change sound setting from Dolby Surround Sound to PCM.
