• As long as you have audio outputs on your TV, it will work. It is designed to work with almost every modern TV.

• Should be. You'll probably use the RCAjacks, which are fine.

• Yes it will work. I have two soundbars. One for a 37 in. and one for my 40 in. television. Works just fine.

• It has an HDMI connection, so it is compatible with HD tv's.
