You should check that the soundbar is connected to the DVD player. It only plasy from source.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure why you are having this issue. Ours is wired directly into our tv and we use it with the TV, DVD/Bluray, and even our gaming systems. Double check where you are connecting it to the TV, perhaps there is another audio out plug that you can use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Bluetooth works fine, and my sound par works fine when plugged directly into the back of my tv. Maybe try buying difference RCA cables. Even though I doubt those are the issue, it sounds like it could be a faulty sound bar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on your TV. Mine is connected to the optical output on my 32" Westinghouse. It works fine with all inputs on the TV, however volume cannot be controlled via TV remote, but only via the included remote for the sound bar. Make sure the output on your TV is actually an output and not an input, and make sure it is turned on in the TV's menu, and make sure the input on the soundbar is set to match. The easiest way to hook this up is from a headphone output on your TV (if it has one), as this does two things. On most TV's, it disables the built in speakers when headphones are plugged in, and it also allows volume control with the TV remote. This way, you can simply set the soundbar volume to its highest, and just leave it on and put the remote away, and it will behave just like the built in speakers. And frankly, optical or analog won't make a difference in sound on this model, it will sound awful no matter what.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.return it if you can I bought one and it had no function at all when hooked to the optical feed, very poor quality when hooked up any other way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try an optical sound cable connected from the TV to the Soundbar. I have Satellite TV, Roku and a CD player. I had similar sound problems but this cable enabled sound for whatever is playing on the screen. Also turn off Bluetooth unless needed.
