- Answer Yes it should fit a 2DS just fine. A 3DS only takes up about half the space in the bottom portion. I own a case specifically made for a 2DS and this one is just as big.

QuestionWhy can't we pick a color?"Available in assorted colors, each sold separately; color selection chosen at random." Why isn't there a way to select a specific color? If someone wanted to pick their favorite color, or make sure they end up with a different color than a friend, they can't.

- Answer At this point Best Buy does have selection rights. It may be that there is not enough inventory, or that offering all the colors individually may not be feasible.

- Answer The 2ds xl will play games from the original DS, 3DS, and 2DS. The 3DS just won't be in 3d.

- Answer Yes, this works for the 2DS, 2DS XL, and 3DS XL!! The 2DS is bigger, so it fits well. However it has extra bands in there to accommodate the 3DS XL and 2DS XL and hold it firmly in place!!
