“Why does the Preset feature always default to the highest number -- the absolute last station saved instead of moving to the next in the lineup? E.g, I'm listening to the 3rd one, I hit preset + and instead of it moving to the 4th one, it jumps to 20.”

It's not you, just a bad design. I presume that it wasn't spec'd to operate like this but bad code found its way into the product, no one tested it, they made a million, and we are stuck with a 'broken' radio. Feeling your pain mate :(

Please try again later.My most used station is in Preset memory slot #1 (news), the next in #20 (other news), then #2 (sleepy-time oldies) holds third choice one press either key, gets most-favorite station news. double-click left-most key for "other news". double-click right-most for oldies. Logic is like a neck tie carousel that always "pops" to your favorites (that you hang together at the nearest part along the rim of the loop).
