I'm not sure, actually. However, it would seem to me that the cleaning kit provided for the installment would be strong enough to sanitize the screen.

I gently disinfect my iPhone with an antibacterial wipes but making sure the device is turned off completely and dry it gently with a soft cloth. You could Google on how to find an soft cloth that safely wipe and clean your device. I hope it helps.
