Yes. For you IPhone, you just need to switch the button to the low setting.

We just came back from France. Lot of hotels have hair dryers. Also for Apple products you just need to use the plugs. The voltage will adjust automatically. The pins will tell you what countries and continents you can use them in. Lot of hotels have UBS plugs where you can directly plug and charge. For peace of mind call apple. Hotels and readtaurants gave free wifi.
