Hi, Asly. This Adapter/Converter is designed to work with small mobile devices and it is limited to a 15 minutes use by 10 minutes rest in order to properly work and protect your products. Thus it would not be able to work as you expect with your TV since it requires a continuous power supply. Cesar G. - Insignia Support
