QuestionWe got this set for a recent trip to Argentina. It was fine for some things, but did not work with my Conair hair dryer/styling brush (125V, 60 Hz, 500W). I tried both HI and LOW settings, but all I could get was a whisper of air. What's wrong?

- Answer The trasformer doesn't gie you enough current to run your air dryer, 500 wats is a lotfor that trsformer, read the fine printing on it and find out if has enugh current you can also find out how much current your dryer absorbs, by dividing V over W = A

- Answer I just got back from Italy. I used just the adapter (small black plug) for my laptop. My wife used the converter (big black cube) for her hair dryer.

QuestionI am from the United States and will be going to France and Greece. From what I understand France uses type c and e plug adapters and Greece uses type c and f plug adapters and will need to be converted from 220 to 110. What assessories do I need?

- Answer This device has all those, just be sure you bring the whole kit - just in case. You may be able to get away with just an adapter if you will be staying in hotels. Homes are different; you will absolutely need this converter ensemble.

- Answer Check the wattage of the juicer, if it has a US-style plug and it’s below 1875 W you should be OK.

- Answer Just take your original manufacturer's charger. Once there buy an adapter. Your manufacturer's charger has a built in voltage regulator. Read the small print on it. It should work fine.
