A:AnswerI had to turn them both off and reconnect then the first time like the directions suggested; however, they must remain really close to each other ot the slave (left bud) will not work.
A:AnswerThe headphones do not have their own audio control but sometimes the seal can make the noise softer. I changed the rubber part to the smaller size and that helped me with the sound.

A:AnswerThe left earbud is the slave and is secondary to the right earbud. That's probably why the right earbud is on the left side of the charging case. After turning on and inserting the right earbud, the left will pick up the sound. .
