• No the left earbud cannot be used independently of the right earbud. The right earbud is the primary and the left is secondary. Essentially the right earbud is paired to your device and the left earbud can only be paired to the right earbud.

• No, you must use the right one if you only are using 1. You cannot use the left separately at all.

• No. The right bud is a master, i.e. it connects and is paired to your source. The left bud connects to the right bud, it does not connect to the source.

• Yes - but they will work with only one phone at a time. This is standard for bluetooth technologies. You may find that if both phones are in the room and you power up the headphones, it may connect to the wrong phone. You'll have to forget the device or disconnect from them if that happens.

• The left earbud is slaved to the right earbud, which is the sole Bluetooth connection point, so the set can only be paired with a single device at a time.
