• The lens size is not related to compatibility. If your camera has a hot shoe attachment on top (most DSLR cameras do) then this will attach fine on the top. You are also able to use this as a slave flash by not attaching to a camera at all.

• I am not 100 % sure but I am pretty darn sure it does. It's a good flash and what I believe we are talking about is the Canon 18-135 "extented kit" which is a very generic lense.
