So, if you didn't or don't understand the above answer it means: That our GN (in feet), is 85. So if we are using our flash at full power, at say 10 ft from our subject, then we have to use an aperture of 85 / 10 … which gives us an aperture of f/8.5 (This is for manual flash exposure)

The number guide for this flash is 26/85 meters/feet at ISO 100.
