Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have two and both are intermittently flakey. If it doesn't work, move it around a little bit. Wish it was a plug in came.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The USB cable is attached. You are correct that this could be a potential fail point although I did not keep the charger long enough to experience that issue. It does seem to be well enforced at the stress point of the cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes , the cable is not removable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this is the case. i have not had it long enough to say if its a failure point but i imagine its no more a risk than the magsafe or other fixed chargers. don't carry it by the cord all the time and it should be fine. you can also get a usb c coupler and then extend the reach with the stock usb c cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's correct... The cable is very well shielded but mine failed after 6 months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yup, the cable is permanently attached. It's reenforced though and hasn't given me any problems so far. But I do expect this is where it will eventually fail.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is fixed to the adapter but it is reinforced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I initially thought the same, but thus far that hasn’t been the case My wife has had two of these. Over 2 years that hasn’t been an issue. The only reason we’ve had 2 is that we lost the first one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The cable is fixed to the charger.
