are the speakers compatible with JBL soundbar? null

I would say yes. The kit comes with audio cables for using on soundbars as an option. You will probably have to use both remotes to control the sound or get a universal. I had an Insignia soundbar so able to use one remote

I would have to say yes. The output from the audio source (TV or player) goes to the wireless rear speakers first, then to the actual soundbar. Minor loss of power, but still sounds good.
