Would this work with Alcatel 3v? null

I have a Alcatel 3V smartphone, and I tried two adapters, the first one I bought was the Onn J5 USB-C to Digital AV Multiport Adapter and it charged the phone, but the USB and the HDMI ports wouldn’t work........Then I bought the Apple USB-C to Digital AV Multiport Adapter, I had the same results, it charged the phone, but the other ports did work.
