A:AnswerIt depends on where you are transferring (SSD or HHD?) what USB connection are you using? What microSD or SD card do you have? I am not sure the details on the card reader itself but I think these other 3 factors will likely be limiting, whichever is slowest...
So:
500-600 MB/s for USB 3.0 reader and port,
SSDs around 600 MB/s
microSDs and SDs are usually slower (UHS-II caps out at 312 MB/s)
HDDs cap out at around 100MB/s
So if you are transfering to HDD for example you are probably not limited by anything but the HDD (your computer hard disk)
Either way you should be able to transfer many GBs of data with no problem...
