• This includes a suction type and a clip for the vent. I use the suction type for my windshield and have had no problem of falling off while driving. Pretty strong hold.

• Maybe? The suction cup mount works on the window and I suppose it could work on your dash though that doesn't appear to be what it's intended use is. Would keep looking if that's what you want.

• Yes, there is a base mount included with the kit... the suction cup will mount to that.
