I did a few tests and the smart plug remembers the last state it was in. Unfortunately, when the power resumes and the smart plug re-activates, it does not appear to be considering an active schedule that may have otherwise altered its state.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the plug is on when power loss occurs, it will come back to on automatically, this I know as I use it for a crawl space dehumidifier. However for you app is probably good, me the app is the worst, going to wemo.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Response. For my use I want this to be used as a remote power reset for a security system device that uses WIFI. A power reset is needed sometimes. If it defaults to OFF I guess as I think about it its not a big deal. Once my WIFI is back Up I just can turn the device back on. I can also power cycle it again if needed. Just in case I forget to manually turn this device back ON I will just program in for the unit to turn on at some time(s) everyday and never set any OFF times. I think this way my system will restore itself to ON within 24 hours automatically.
