• Yes it can. All you will need is to download the insignia app to a smartphone(apple or android) and set the schedule on what ur preference is. It is very simple.

• It's possible within the app for the bulbs to set a timer for the evening or morning or whatever you wish as far as the celestial calendar I'm not sure about that
