“They've updated the InsigniaConnect app and broken the switches ... AGAIN! Does anyone know how to get them to connect to the app? I keep getting "registration failed". I've done resets, reloaded the app, all the obvious stuff.”

• Static IP Addresses for each unit solves everything. I had this same issue on a daily basis and once I tried static IP’s I have never looked back. When your router uses dynamic IP addressing your devices get random IP’s and insignia Connect clearly has some issues when the devices IP Address changes from first configuration.

• Be sure both your phone ( Device running the app) and the plugs are on a 2.4 GHz wireless network.
