“Received as gift for Christmas. Downloaded the app however it won’t let me create a new account. I keep getting an error to try again another time. Now I’ll have to go to the gift giver and hope they kept their receipt so they can get their money back.”

• Go to Best Buy ans see if they'll give you a store credit . Then buy any other brand.
