I was just informed by Insignia that it is a server error and they are working on fixing it. I'm very upset, bc I threw out what I thought was a garbage product. Terrible CS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a few friends who also have this device and heard that they have problems when the app is installed on an iOS (iPhone or iPad). They went Android (phone or tablet) and works like a charm.
