“I have one smart plug, I can turn the light on and off thru the app on my iPhone, and thru Alexa, but it will not turn on or off thru the schedule. How do I get that feature to work?”

Get a refund or don't use Alexa. Google Home is rock solid and never failed with these and other smart devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I set a schedule through the insignia app.it works perfect. When it comes to Alexa I so not believe it is capable for scheduling. To get to schedule within insigina.. click on the desired light, bottom right click on schedule. From there click the plus sign near top. You have to select time, day, start and end, if it's everyday or certain day in order to get it to save. Best bet set the tine for 1min from tine u r setting it up. This way u can see it work.
