What I had to do was unlink my Insignia Connect from my Google Home then re-add it. If I ever add a new device with Insignia Connect, I have to unlink the account on Google Home and re-link it again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I feel BB doesn't support this product. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times and no one knows anything about how to troubleshoot this a piece of junk. Try TP-Link Smart Plug instead. It works like it's suppose to.
