My two devices were working fine until yesterday night. I couldn’t login at all. It kept looping back to the login page over and over again after I had inputted the correct login and password. I was set to return both plugs and gave it a try today again. Voila, it works fine again. It seems it’s their app issue and not the devices. Since so many people have been complaining about it, you would think they would have it fixed by now. What a shame….

After I entered the correct credentials, it showed a splash screen and then took me right back to the login page. Entered credentials again and same thing, ad infinitum. I know I was entering the correct credentials because if I purposefully entered an invalid password I got an invalid password message. I also checked my credentials on the bestbuy.com web site and they worked there. So there's an app problem or a problem on the bestbuy back end. Product is now useless. I've seen many complaints about this very issue on the Apple app store as well. Best Buy, please fix this!

Uninstalled Insignia app, reinstalled, did factory reset on plug as soon as I try to add new device it kicks my phone of the internet!!! 100% Bull Butter
