Yes you can. I created a room called windows. Then a schedule is made to turn them of and on by selecting which plugs to use.

Yes, under schedules I have 4 of them operating holiday decorations right now to turn on and off. Easy setup.

Yes you can in the app, just create the group, add the devices and then the schedule.
