Yes, this is the headset for the new Xbox One S version of the controller.

Yes. That is what I use it with. It works with the XBox One S controller with or without a headset adapter. It works with original controllers with the adapter. The adapter does not come in this package.

Yes I purchased it exactly for my Xbox one S and it works fine Its not state of the art or anything, pretty basic, but worth the price you pay. It does take a few minutes to figure out the setup and I had to go in and really turn up the "headset volume" on my Xbox settings
