QuestionLooks so very similar to Sony 1000XM3’s. R they made by Sony?These even use the exact same touch controls using the right earpad to swipe up/down next/back x2 tap to pause/play & even use the same as Sony palm hand to r earpad to hear surroundings.

- Answer They work via 3.5 mm headphone jack or via bluetooth. To use a digital audio out such as optical you will need to connect that to a bluetooth transmitter.

QuestionI've had these for two weeks. The noise cancelling is decent, but sound quality is only mediocre. Everything is a little muffled, not crisp, and bass is really soft, like it's far away. Is there an audio mixer that can be used to adjust the sound pattern?

- Answer I had the same experience gave a similar review that you did. I bought them to eliminate noise from the other room when I'm trying to watch something. The cheaper pair have great sound! Crisp and clear, just no noise cancelling. If you don't need the NC, the I'd Recommend returning them and getting the other pair.
