How do you clean up after use ? null

Hi Jack. Great question! The Vortex Pro is very easy to clean with just some warm soapy water throughout the Cooking Chamber which includes the heating elements, surrounding area, and interior walls. The door is removable for easy cleaning, and we recommend wiping down your door with a damp cloth. It is not submergible or dishwasher safe. The cooking trays, drip pan, rotisserie basket, rotisserie lift, spit and forks are all dishwasher safe.

Your best shot is to get reusable liners. Your other options is dishwasher or a brunch and dish soap.
