Love the appliance but disappointed with the lack of directions manual which is not included and can only get on line. With all the functions it offers I feel there should be better directions. The functions menu on my machine is a little funky also, Crooked lineup.

We’ve been using this air fryer since we got this. It makes cooking very easy and quick.It cooks food evenly. Foods taste better and healthier compared to frying. Only negative thing is that it is hard to remove the grease that hardened in between tiny spaces near the door.

Worst Product. Glass cracked in 2nd use. Design is bad or cheap material is being used.

I bought this machine after returning a different brand/model that didn't work well. After the very first use, I loved this one! I've only had it about 2 weeks, and have used it almost daily. So far I've only used the baskets and the rotating cage, but everything works really great. I've picked up a few accessories, so I'll be trying a few baked goods soon. I will say, it's really easy to maneuver the cage in and out of the locking mechanism, but you just can't be in a hurry. Also, plan ahead and have somewhere close to set the round and rolly cage on so that it doesn't roll away. I just used one of the empty basket/trays. But if you're not prepared, you might end up with a rolling mess. I need to see if there is a stand for it. Also, I've seen other complaints about the door (as it is made to be removed for cleaning). I think once you use it a time or two, you get used to that little "jiggle". It's a nice solid piece, but easy to maneuver just right to take it out of the hinge, too. I don't even notice now at all. Truly wasn't an issue for me. Finally, while there is a heat that comes out from the backside during cooking, it's not a problem. The overall fan noise does not seem to be any more than maybe a quiet dishwasher, if that. The drip-pan is a welcome addition, too. Overall, I am very happy with this machine.

My family enjoys the quality and ease of our sir fryer. Very user friendly which is major comfort eith so many of us using it. This includes every function from tyoed of miodes buts also cleaning is vey easy as well. The basket works fantastic and fussless usage helps. very large capacity great for my big family that was important to me. But even though large its compatible with smaller fryers anyways. Excellent choice for us would recommend to anyone.

Pros: It air fries and reheats food in double the time. Truly amazing. I think it would be great for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to cook food and doesn't want to use oil. Cons: It doesn't beat cooking in a regular oven. There is NO recipe book! Instructions for use is minimal! The bottom rack doesn't air fry the food as well as the top rack. This machine really only cooks for 2 people and it is not compact.

Very simple review: LOVE this air fryer! It’s fantastic! We love all the functions and it cooks fast and evenly. Clean up is one of the easiest I’ve experienced in fryers. The missing star is for the door. It can come off for easy cleaning (which is amazing!) but it makes the door kind of wobbly and you have to line it up sometimes to get it to latch. Other than that, GREAT PRODUCT!

Cooks fast holds plenty of food. Just remember to roast the shelves when you turn your food. I like the size most in this range were twice the footprint. Door is heavy make sure you have a hold of it when opening

I never knew how much my kitchen needed this until I bought it. It's used daily. I love it. It's amazing. The reheat option is amazing for leftovers. I love that the air moves well with the air fryer option. I've also used the bake and toast settings. I've had it for just over a week and have used it every day since I got it. It's easy to clean. It gets really hot, so make sure you read the instructions with how much space it needs and I suggest cracking a window or using an exhaust fan when you use it. We unplug it after we are done using it so it's using less electricity. This replaced my toaster and Ninja Air Fryer. It's fantastic for the price!

We bought this to replace our older, less advanced air fryer. We love this one greatly with all the different options that it has, ease of cleaning, and ease of use. We make use of this at least a few times a week, and have had no issues with it. The first few uses will result in an odor, that is to be expected and went away after just a few uses (for us, we did a few empty runs of the device with no food to help break that smell out).

This is an absolutely amazing machine. At a 10 quart capacity, it makes a great substitution for our family's convection oven. In order to benefit from all of the features, though, you'll have to do some reading and really experiment with cooking times and temperatures for the foods that you specifically like to prepare. I've had a for about two months and am still learning each time I use it how to best deliver a great meal. I'd suggest writing down or saving online temperature, time of cooking, and other specifics for the meals that you prepare most frequently. Owning this product in your home is like meeting someone that you know you can be friends with for a long time. Each time you get together is fun, but always unique. I hope you enjoy this product as much as I am.

I have used this every single day since it arrived. Amazing quality. It works beautifully and I love that it fits more with two racks. I have not even begun to use it to the full potential.

Awesome product! Mostly use it for air frying but also acts as a toasster oven, rotisserie, etc. Really enjoying it.

I've only used this a couple of times now, both in air fryer mode using the rotisserie basket, and it has worked well. So far I like it. It is attractive and offers many features. We use it in our basement bar and entertainment area so we have the ability to cook appetizers, etc. down there.

I researched Air Fryers for weeks before choosing this one. I chose it for a few reasons: I wanted an air fryer but also wanted to replace my traditional toaster oven. I wanted to be able to see the food cooking (some AFs are too narrow to really see inside). I wanted to have at least two racks This one hit every mark and I’ve used it every day since it arrived. Chicken wings, chicken nuggets, French fries, toast ... they’ve all come out perfect! Just note, this one does seem to cook food faster than other Air Fryers so keep that in mind when selecting timing.

At first, it smelled funny, like plastic and I thought about returning it, but I decided to try it a few times, and after I turned it off, I disconnected it and left it open for a few hours, to see if the smell disappeared and indeed, the smell disappeared! I can use it normally, it is easy to use, functional, very practical and fast.

I love this air fryer. It cooks frozen items evenly and crispy. It works well. I've used it for almost everything. It's a definite must have.

I bought one for myself and one for my mom. I love it. Mine for some reason didn't come with a manual and I was pretty upset. So they basicslly gave me an open box and charged me full price.
