Can you steam food in this unit? null

Hello there Iforgot. Thanks for your question! The Duo 3Qt Mini does have the steam function. However, it isn't exactly the same as traditional steaming. It uses pressure to steam the food faster, but the results are almost identical. To set it up, put your food in an oven-safe steamer on the trivet, or directly on the trivet, and add water to the inner pot. Select the Steam function and let the pot do the rest! We've got a timetable on our website with the times for common food to help you get started. Enjoy!
