“In general, how is an instant different from a crock pot?”

• It's about 10 times faster. A pot roast that's in a crock pot for about 8 hours can be cooked in the Instant Pot in 1.5 hours. Spare ribs in 30 minutes. All come out perfectly everytime. Can't beat it. A ton of recipes out there

• It cooks by pressure, it is an electric pressure cooker - much easier to use than the stove top pressure cookers. It creates steam and pressure from water which cooks the food. Crock pot is slow low heat.
