• A:Answer Yes. It meets the cpu requirement: however, motherboard compatibility is really the issue. If you get a board to match this cpu, you would be able to upgrade to Windows 11 as all of those boards would have what is called Trusted Computing Module 2.0 (TCM 2.0). This is required on the board to run Windows 11.

Q: QuestionFor this if im currently using a 3.0ghz i7-9700 would this be an upgrade? I dont see any specs for base running ghz. I assume its like 3.4ghz. Would this specific CPU be good for a window cooling pc rather than a water cooled?
