I thought I didn't receive a code, but found out I actually did. I looked at my purchase and located the email the code was sent to. From there I searched "intel" in my inbox and located an email with the subject line "Unleash the power of intel" in my inbox sent by Best Buy. From there I followed the steps to claim my code and downloaded the content. Hope this helps!
